The listed prices on the Mali website are quoted in Australian dollars and include the GST (Goods and Services tax). Goods being shipped to countries outside of Australia will be exempt from this tax.
The price payable is that shown on the checkout page including the GST and any delivery charges. A promotional discount, if applicable, will be deducted at this point after a codeword has been entered.
Mali Sydney reserves the right to change prices without notice and, in the event of incorrect pricing, to cancel any orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price regardless of whether payment has been received or whether the order has been confirmed. If your credit card payment has been processed Mali Sydney will issue a credit to the value of the incorrect price. Mali Sydney also reserves the right to cancel an order where funds are not approved. In the event of the inability to fulfil an order Mali Sydney will contact the customer to discuss an alternative.
If a mistake is recognised after an order has been submitted or paid for, please contact us immediately to discuss the problem.

Mali Sydney shall cancel an order if the product is unavailable for any reason or cannot be made available within a reasonable amount of time. You will be notified and a refund or alternative option will be organised.
Mali Sydney competitions will offer our subscribers the opportunity of winning newly released products in return for their participation. Only one entry is accepted per person. The winner will be contacted via email and must claim their prize within 14 days of notification. In the event that the advertised prize is unavailable, the winner will be offered a prize of equal value or a gift certificate.
All content submitted by the entrant becomes the property of Mali Sydney and by entering the competition the entrant agrees to allow Mali Sydney to use any part of the content such as name, photo or idea (expressed in any form via any media) for an indefinite period to promote Mali Sydney products, the competition or future promotions. The winner will receive the prize as advertised and will receive no other remuneration for the content submitted if used by Mali Sydney.
A promotional discount will be offered at various times to be redeemed only on malisydney.com and can be used once only. It cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts and must be used on or before the expiry date. The code provided must be entered at checkout to receive the discount. The discount does not apply to sale items.
