Australian Delivery:

All ‘Mali Sydney’ packages will need to be signed for as we don’t want your purchases to go astray. Most items will be dispatched within 48 hours of receiving payment if in stock and delivered to you within 7 business days.

The Australian postage and packaging for jewellery is charged at a flat rate of $10. Delivery for Jewellery boxes is $20. Orders delivered anywhere in Australia valued at $200 or more will receive free delivery.

Please contact us or see your account information for your order status if you have not received your package within 10 days of receiving your order confirmation.


International Delivery:

At this stage we do not offer international shipping.


Return Policy:

If you are not completely satisfied with your internet purchase, you may return the item/s within 14 days of receipt, unworn, in all original packaging for an exchange or refund. In the case of a ‘sale’ item please return within 7 days of receipt.

To return a purchase you must first notify Mali via email of your intention to do so. You will be given a return reference number which must be clearly noted on the return package. Please pack the item carefully back into the original parcel, including your receipt. We highly recommend that you return goods to us (for your own security) via registered mail as we cannot accept responsibility for lost parcels.


Refunds:

You will be notified via email when your return has been finalised. Please allow approximately 7 business days from when we receive your item for your refund to be processed (less all delivery charges). The purchase amount will be refunded to the same card used to purchase the item.


Exchanges:

You may exchange the item for another of equal or greater value. Or ask for a Mali gift certificate.


Faulty Items:

In the unlikely event of a faulty item it will be replaced as soon as possible and the delivery will be at Mali’s expense. If the item is out of stock or materials need to be specially ordered there may be a slight delay until delivery is possible therefore we will issue a gift certificate in extreme circumstances. We cannot guarantee that the exact item will be available after an extended period especially if the item has been removed from our inventory.

Unfortunately we cannot refund items that have been engraved or altered in any way unless they are faulty. Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons unless faulty.



Please note
: Except where items are faulty or have been incorrectly despatched, the buyer will be responsible for organising and paying for the return delivery of the items. If an exchange is chosen then the buyer is responsible for all delivery charges for the replacement item/s.
