On our checkout page there is a box provided for you to enter the code. The code is valid only until the expiry date advertised (if the promotion is a limited offer), is non-transferable and is unable to be used with any other promotional offer.

Most major credit cards. Payment is made via Paypal on our site. If you encounter any  problems please contact us and we will try to rectify them as soon as possible.

Yes. The goods and services tax is included on all domestic sales. It is not applicable to overseas buyers.

Can I order a size not listed or a design that no longer appears on the website?
Sizes not offered on the website can sometimes be requested as a special order which incurs an ‘order fee’. Availability and price will depend upon the design selected. Please contact us with your request and to receive a quote. Designs that no longer appear on the website are unable to be ordered however, email with your request to determine whether we can offer something similar.

Can my order be delivered to a nominated address
Unfortunately Mali Sydney packages will only be delivered to the card-holder’s address. We will however make exceptions to repeat customers wishing to deliver a gift to another address.

How do I determine my ring size?
Mali does not offer all ring sizes in its range. Usually 3 or 4 sizes are offered depending upon the design of the ring. It is best to know your ring size before ordering as not all ring designs are able to be ‘resized’ by jewellers. Please see our sizing info.

Will you sell ribbons or chains without other purchases?
Mali will sell its hand-dyed silk ribbons or chains at the time of placing a jewellery order or we will sell replacement ribbons or chains to those who have made an online purchase with Mali Sydney.

How do I know if my item is authentic?
All Mali Sydney jewellery items purchased via this website are genuine items. The metal content and name or logo is stamped on our jewellery where possible. Please email us if you have concerns about Mali Sydney items purchased from other sources other than the malisydney.com website or our stockists.

What guarantee is offered on Mali Sydney items?
We stand by the high quality of all Mali Sydney products and will happily repair, replace (where possible) or refund faulty items within a six month period from the date of purchase unless damage is caused by misuse or negligence. All materials used are as stamped; 925 Sterling Silver, GP (gold plate) or solid 9ct or 14ct gold. Our precious stones are guaranteed to be authentic and as stated.

Please explain ‘gold plate’.
The description of ‘gold plate’ is a fine layer of gold over another metal – in Mali’s case, sterling silver. Gold plate eventually will show signs of wear as the gold makes way for the silver base. However Mali Sydney chooses the highest quality of gold plate for its items to prolong the beauty and wearability of the piece. Thicker layers of gold plate (up to 3 microns) will be used where possible. Not all of Mali’s gold-plated rings are recommended for wear every day. However it is possible to have items re-plated when needed by a reputable jeweller.
